I can be heard on www.jflradio.com  Mon-Fri 11am-2pm EST.  I play rock ranging from Disturbed to Roth Era Van Halen!  No Van Hagar!  I also go into different chat rooms and stir things up, every Friday is Fat Girl Friday, I love to have big girls yell at me.  On any give day any of the girls below can be in the shoutbox listening to my show.  Every now and then my buddy the Madman joins me, it varies on his schedule.

Above is Shay and Jenna.  As you can see they are both amazing and support my show.  They listen in and you can talk to them in the shoutbox, it is hit or miss on what days.

Above is Tarah and KJ, both listen in and for some reason find me funny-lol.  I love to make all of the Curly Girlies laugh, I can do that with my pants on, so listen in and if they are in the shoutbox say hi, they are really sweet and know how to have a good time.

Listen to the Madman show, 7-11am EST, metal and mayhem!  His show will make your ears bleed!

Above is Tiffany, me and Stasia.   Stasia is one of my best friends and listens all the time!  She gets crazy in the shoutbox, she also joins in on the fun in the chatrooms.

Below is my cd, chatroom assult, I did this a couple years ago, it has me going into chatrooms and going crazy, most of the times I had a few beers and went into chatrooms before going to the club.
